Shipping Policy
At kaam®, we offer free ground shipping for all domestic orders (within the US) over $35. For domestic orders under $35 and international orders (outside the USA), a shipping fee is charged.
All domestic orders will arrive 2-5 business days after order was placed, with an option to upgrade to express 1-2 day shipping. International delivery times will vary depending on the destination country.

Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the item(s) for a full refund, with the exception of e-gift cards which are not refundable. kaam will cover the cost of return shipping for all domestic orders (within the USA). For international orders (outside the USA), customers will be responsible for the costs of return shipping.
kaam reserves the right to limit or reject returns when we suspect policy abuse or fraudulent behavior from a customer. In addition, bulk purchases are considered final sale and are not eligible to be returned.
*Holiday Returns: All orders placed between November 1st 2024 and December 15th 2024 will have an extended return/exchange period until January 15th, 2025.
Conditions for Returns:
- All original packaging must be included.
- The return must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date and shipped out within 35 days from delivery date. Holiday returns must be initiated by January 15th 2025 and shipped out by January 20th 2025.
- Proof of purchase from our site is required for all returns.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7 business days, subject to policy adherence. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Exclusions:
Gift cards, bulk orders, and wholesale orders, are final sale and are not eligible for returns.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement, compensation, or provide a full refund for return including return shipping costs.
Additional Notes:
Returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above may be subject to restocking fees or denial of the refund. It is crucial for our customers to be aware that they are responsible for accurately and securely attaching all return labels when returning items. In the event of returns being lost or delayed due to an unreadable barcode, we must emphasize that the responsibility for such instances lies with the customer and not with kaam.
